When choosing a time, consider wheather you plan to be present during the inspection.  If you are planning to be on site, please allow for the first couple of hours of my inspection to be done independently.   This gives me the opportunity to thoroughly and efficiently asses the property.  After the bulk of the inspection is complete, I encourage you to join me to discus the findings.
