Below are the two governing standards for my home inspections.  These references are provided to help the customer understand the laws, regulations, and requirements for a home inspection performed in Oregon by a member of InterNACHI.  They describe the minimum requirements as well as what is not required of a home inspector.  Every client is encouraged to review these documents for some insight into the expectations.
