Clients who have purchased a Move-In Certified Inspection may also offer their buyers a greatly discounted Follow-Up Inspection in which I will do another walk-through with them, verify repairs and/or replacements that may have been recommended in the original report, and update the inspection report to current conditions.  ($100 fee for buyers)
